Immediately after completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will be sent to the address you provided when making the purchase. In the confirmation you will also find your individual order number. Make sure that the order number always begins with #Fiorah followed by a sequence of numbers (e.g. #Fiorah10001). Please also check your spam folder if the email does not appear in your inbox.

To ensure quick and smooth shipping, we use standard shipping via DHL, including shipment tracking. All packages are sent directly from our logistics center in Hamburg. The delivery time is usually 2 to 7 working days.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. You can also track the status of your shipment on the DHL website.

If a delivery is unsuccessful on the first attempt, DHL will make another attempt the following day. You may also be able to pick up your package at the nearest post office. DHL will of course inform you of the exact location of the branch.
