Shipping information
We work with DHL to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order. Our fast and reliable shipping is free within Germany and Austria (shipping costs apply for Switzerland). Delivery time in Germany is 2 to 7 working days, excluding holidays and weekends.
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number with which you can track the status of your shipment online at any time: DHL shipment tracking .
Returns
You are responsible for the cost of returns. A tracking number is mandatory for returns, as without it we cannot accept any liability for loss of goods. We therefore strongly recommend that you track the return to ensure that it reaches us safely.
Please note that it may take up to 14 working days to process your return, including checking the goods and refunding the purchase price.
